Hey all.
I had a lot of fun today. We had a big family reunion on my dad's side. There were a ton of people that I had not seen in forever, some people I had never met before, and some people that I had forgoten about. But yea, it was really fun. I did lots of stuff that I enjoyed, such as: I beat my hands to death playing the bongos and the congas (and I mean to death, I am going to have blisters and bruises for a while on my fingers), I danced the salsa with my cousin, Wilmarie. That was a lot of fun.
And I ate a homemade, Puerto Rican dinner con: arroz con habichuelas (rice with beans, Pavo (turkey), puerco (pork), guineitos (green banana's), and for dessert, arros con dulce (sweet rice with raisins) a very good dessert and Flan (a type of custard). It was all very good.
Lots of fun, and lots of food. I am going to miss my cousins when I get back. I did get some pics with my dad's camera though, perhaps I can show them when I get back to greenwood in a week. TTYL,

Hey, sorry I hadn't posted earlier, but I didn't have a comp to get on at the time. We went to El Yunque the other day, and it was really cool, and really exhausting at the same time. El Yunque is a rainforest here in Puerto Rico, and we hiked through it for a while. My legs hurt for the longest of time. Today we went to El Morro, which is an old Fortress here. It is really cool, and I have pics of both, but they are on my parent's, and my sister's camera's. I wish I had had a camera for this trip, but I don't. O well. Like I said in my previous post, it is really hot down here, and I want to escape the heat. The upside is that I got a wooden sword type thing, a necklace, and a really cool wallet. Well, that's about it. My legs still hurt...ugh. This is Rafi, signing off.
Greetings all.
To answer your comment question from my previous post: Yes Jessi, I am going to college, and I am going to Piemont Tech.
On a further notice... I am, at the moment, in Puerto Rico at my paternal grandparents house. It gets very hot over here, so I am constantly in front of a fan or a window. It's like 90 degrees right now, but I think it's getting cooler. It's nice to be able to see my family down here that I haven't seen in over 10 years. That's how long it's been since I've been down here. Everyone else has been before that (i think). But yea, I got to eat some canepas (a fruit here) and a mango right off the tree. It's better that way. My cousins on my dad's are here as well. They all look so different from when I was last here, but then again, I probably look a lot different to them too. (lol). But yea, It's nice right now.
