My Prayer
God...
Give me love
for you and for all.
Give me joy
to bring me up when I fall.
Give me peace
Of mind, body, and soul.
Give me patience
To wait out your goals.
Make me gentle
Like the dove bird.
Make me good
Like it says in Your Word.
Make me meek
To submit to Your will.
Give me self-control
And help me know You are real.
All these things I pray You give all
Who ask, who live, who rise, and who fall
Who follow You all the rest of their days
Today, tomorrow, now, and always.
